Week 2!

So yesterday I took off from my calorie counting but I did manage to not drink that much tea and replaced it with water. So today is my wife's day off from schools so I think we are going to go the mall and walk it a few times to burn some calories off. I also think that this may be a bi-weekly thing for me to help out!  I also am planning on maybe continuing to count calories to see how this works but maybe next week I may start to just eat small meals throughout the day to see how that goes. I really don't have a complete plan but I will see which works best! Well see you later!

  1. it will be interesting to see which is better: counting calories or portion control. I don't count calories. My diet is limiting the kinds of food I eat and portions. I have some new fangled scale that gives me a ton of figures just from stepping on: water in my cells, body fat mass, and calories I take in each day. Until somebody explains to me how it can figure that, I don't believe any of it just the weight. However, for he record, the scale stated that yesterday I took in 2, 331 calories. go figure

    1. Yea I will see how it goes I have been watching calories today as well as portions throughout the day only time will tell!
